Northwest Pastel Society Artist Reception Friday April 24th
Bocci Ball Spectators, pastel painting by Trish Harding, NPS president
This painting is of some of the usual characters from Fairhaven that regularly dress up and attend events around town. This particular day was a warm, sunny day at Village Green in Fairhaven during a Bocci Ball Tournament. An image that reflects the history and the lightheartedness of the events at the Green.
The Blue Horse Gallery hosts the Northwest Pastel Society’s Artist Reception Friday, April 24th 6-10 pm. The show runs through May 29th. This is the first year that we have brought the Members’ Show to Bellingham. We would like to invite you to come and meet the artists and talk with them about their work. This is a fabulous chance to see some of the best pastel work in the country!
Everyone is a patron! Bring your checkbook! Yes, you can afford and you deserve the pastel painting that you love. Buy local and surround yourself with art on your walls. Art changes lives and lasts forever.
Hope to see you Friday Evening for the Northwest Pastel Society Members’ Show at the Blue Horse Gallery in Bellingham at 6pm!
Peace,
Trish
We will have people there who can answer questions about the Northwest Pastel Society too, like how to join, what does the society offer its members, volunteer positions, how to get involved, show opportunities, etc? It is a great community with wonderful people.
